Shipping & Refund Policy

Where We Ship

Currently we only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii) but you have a stateside address, we can certainly arrange to ship your order there. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

Damages

Captain Carp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We may use multiple delivery companies based on your selection at checkout.  Each company has different pick-up and delivery schedules based on their respective  company operating schedules.  Please refer to the following websites for detailed information on their delivery schedules and policies:

Returns

  • Return your new, unopened items* within 30 days from date of delivery for a full product refund; you pay only return shipping. No questions asked.
  • Open box items in like new condition can be returned for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping will apply.
  • Products received as a result of our error can be returned at no cost to you. We will even pay to have the item picked up.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery to you will be treated as an Open Box Return and subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee.
